Prices	Published price lists are net and subject to change without notice. Prices may vary with current inventory.

F.O.B.	Shipping Point unless otherwise stated in writing. Purchaser assumes all risk for damage or loss and responsibility for submitting claims with carrier.

Machining and Fabrication	Non-standard items are not returnable. Quality issues will be resolved to the specification or drawing requirements
Handling Charges	May apply in certain cases and vary by situation.
Special Packaging	Special packaging will be billed as an accessory unless noted in our quotation or description at time of purchase.
Standard Shipping	Cost of shipment will be paid to carrier and added to invoice.
Non-Standard Shipping	$10.00 service fee may be added to non-standard shipments to cover additional costs.
Return Policy	Contact us for a mandatory authorization number. ISO requirements allow no exceptions. Credit cannot be issued until product is received and inspected in our facility.
*Standard Items	20 percent (20%) restocking fee applies, plus cost of freight. Quality issues are exempt from fees, of course.
*Custom Products	Custom cuts or items are not returnable. Quality issues are exempt, of course.
*Made-to-Order	items are not returnable. Quality issues are exempt, of course.
Nominal Tolerance	not to exceed .125 (1/8 inch) per cut. Manufacturers tolerances supersede. Exacting tolerances available by specific request.
Residential Address	Residential deliveries are charged an additional fee by UPS. Failure to check the Residential delivery box will result in those charges and a handling fee being charged to your account. Incorrect addresses will be treated similarly.
